



Software refers to the SolidPlus3D CAD Software and all associated applications, modules, and documentation. OEM Components refer to Autodesk Inventor OEM technology integrated within the Software under Autodesk’s OEM Software Build License and Distribution Agreement. Open-Source Components refer to third-party libraries or modules licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL 2.1 or later) and other similar licenses. License Certificate refers to the license key or file issued by SolidPlus3D that identifies your licensed version, duration, and user rights.
SolidPlus3D is the developer and publisher of the SolidPlus3D CAD Software, which incorporates components licensed from Autodesk, Inc. under the Autodesk OEM Software Build License and Distribution Agreement dated July 15, 2022. Through this agreement, SolidPlus3D is an Authorized Autodesk OEM Partner and has the right to: Integrate Autodesk’s Inventor OEM framework into its proprietary CAD applications, Distribute and license such applications globally, and Provide end-user licenses for products built on Autodesk OEM technology. Autodesk retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its OEM technology, including all intellectual property rights. Autodesk is not responsible for end-user support, warranties, or liabilities arising from the use of SolidPlus3D software.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this EULA, SolidPlus3D grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software solely for lawful business or personal purposes, according to your license type: Single-User License: Permits installation and use on one computer at a time. Network License (SNL): Allows concurrent use limited to the number of purchased seats. Educational/Student License: Restricted to academic, non-commercial use only. Trial or Evaluation License: Limited in duration and functionality, intended solely for evaluation purposes.
You may not: Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software except where permitted by applicable law or LGPL provisions. Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties without authorization. Separate or use Autodesk OEM components or open-source libraries outside the Software. Use the Software in any nuclear, aviation, life-support, or safety-critical system where failure could cause injury or death.
Certain parts of SolidPlus3D software include or link to open-source components distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 or later. These components are not owned by SolidPlus3D. They are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Your rights under the LGPL 2.1+ include the freedom to modify and redistribute the open-source portions of the Software, provided that you comply with the LGPL’s terms, including: Attribution of copyright notices, Making modified source code available, and Maintaining license compatibility for derivative works. The full text of the LGPL 2.1 license is included in the Software package and can also be found at: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.html Open-source components are provided “as-is” and without warranty. SolidPlus3D disclaims any liability related to your use or modification of such components.
The Software may include third-party software, libraries, or runtime components (such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Adobe® PDF) provided under separate licenses. By using the Software, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party license terms.
If your license includes updates or an active subscription, SolidPlus3D may provide enhancements, bug fixes, or new releases. Updates replace the previous version and do not grant additional licenses. Subscription terms are renewable per the current pricing and policy.
By activating or using the Software, you agree that SolidPlus3D may collect and process limited technical information (such as system configuration, license validation data, and usage metrics) solely to verify license compliance and improve product performance. All personal data is handled per the SolidPlus3D Privacy Policy available at: https://www.solidplus3d.com/privacy
SolidPlus3D warrants that the Software will perform substantially as described in the accompanying documentation for 90 days from delivery. This warranty excludes defects caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “AS IS”, and SolidPlus3D disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall SolidPlus3D, Autodesk, or any of their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. SolidPlus3D’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. SolidPlus3D may terminate it immediately if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and SolidPlus3D. Any modification must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
